The following was observed to be accessible to children during the visit: In the RED ROOM, the play kitchen set had a loose shelf and one of the blue and white bookshelves had a broken divider. The licensee must keep all equipment, materials, furnishings, toys, and games clean and in a safe, secure, and workable condition.
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.
Two children's water bottles in the green room and one child's water bottle in the yellow room were not labeled with their names.

The following was observed to be accessible to children: In the YELLOW Classroom bathroom, the draws under the mirror contained toxic hazards. The top drawer contained loose instant ice packs and the bottom drawer contained Swiffer pads that each had a strip of cleaning product.
This capacity increase visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

The following was found to be accessible to children: -In the YELLOW CLASSROOM BATHROOM, a toilet brush was sitting next to the toilet and in the unlocked cabinet below the mirror, loose plastic bags and wipes in plastic bags were found. -In RED CLASSROOM, nine ceiling tiles were stained. -In BLUE CLASSROOM BATHROOM, a toilet brush and two plungers sat next to the toilet, and an open box of gloves and loose plastic bags were sitting on a low shelf. The box of gloves and plastic bags were moved during the visit.

In the GREEN CLASSROOM, white paint on the edges along the built-in toy shelves under the windows is chipping and is accessible to children.
The following was found to be accessible to children: -A cover on the post at the top of the outside stairs near the RED CLASSROOM exit was broken and had sharp edges.
