A random review of seven children record showed three children were missing lead results.
During the visit, it was observed that one child with a documented allergy did not have the required allergy information posted.
During the visit, it was observed that the educator has four pack and play units in use. It was noted that the mattresses were not secured to the bottom of the pack and play in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and EEC safe sleep policy requirements.
During the visit, it was observed that the educator currently has a child with a documented allergy; however, there was no signed medication consent form on file for the child.
