A review of 9 children’s files show that: 1 child’s pg. 2 is not complete, 1 child needs an annual update and 2 children need authorized pick up person completed
The Educator had been caring for 4 infants since September 16, 2025 with only one assistant present. To care for more than 3 infants there must be 3 educators present. The assistant present on the day of the visit and the one that has been present does not have a current certificate. The Educator called another assistant to the program during the visit.
The children did not wash their hands with soap and water prior to eating lunch.
