The licensor observed that the diaper changing table is not secure to the wall, there was a shelf placed on the fireplace that was a tipping hazard, the play kitchen was not secure to the wall and a white shelf was not secure to the wall. In the bathroom there was Lysol and Febreez on top of the toilet accessible to children. There was a dirty diaper on the shelf next to the changing table
