Cited finding

Educator has two assistants. Vivian Hernandez Coto regular assistant and Victor Hernandez certified assistant. Currently the educator stated she is not frequently utilizing her assistants since her enrollment is low. Vivian has no trainings on file and no updated physical. There was no attendance for Vivian. Victor is going through renewal process. There were 16 hours of ongoing training in file, however, needs to have 30 hours at this point. No attendance for Victor. Discussed documenting attendance for assistants when they are functioning in the program.
