At the time of the visit several of the children did not wash their hands prior to eating snack.

At the time of the visit the educators were not positioned in a manner to supervise the children while in the cafe and when the group went to the bathroom.

At the time of the visit the program did not have some educators who completed the First Aid training within the 6 months of employment.
At the time of the visit the program did not excercise appropriate supervsion of the children when: staff in the gym were not aware three children left the gym without notifying them.

At the time of the visit the program had a box of mandarin oranges and several of the oranges were rotten.

Ratio's in the gym were exceeded for a few minutes when there were 28 children with only 2 staff. This occurred when additional children transitioned from the cafeteria to the gym without a third staff member joining the additional children.
