Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the progress visit. The following was observed: **LIVING ROOM** - no hazards **KITCHEN** - left drawer on the island had batteries and small chokable items inside and the child safety tab was not working, there was a container of disinfectant wipes on the counter, and outlets not covered **DINING ROOM** - no hazards **BATHROOM** - no hazards **OUTSIDE** - no hazards
Refrigerator Temperature
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit, except for the children's emergency contact information.

The temperature in the refrigerator was 42F degrees. Regulations state the temperature must be between 32F-40F degrees.
For diapering, there is a changing table in the living room, with a changing pad. Educator disinfects the pad after each use. However, Educator has not been using a disposable layer. Discussed that this is a requirement.
This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
