No peeling or flaking paint (indoor and out)
There was peeling paint in the green room and chipped plaster on the building outside.

Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
One child’s back-up emergency medication indicated it had expired as of (REDACTED). This child did not have what would be needed during a possible emergency.
A review two Individual Health Care Plans (IHCP) indicated that one IHCP expired on 1/14/2020. The other IHCP was not fully completed to identify which staff were trained to administer the medication and who trained the staff.
