An emergency medication was expired.
1. A child was standing on a swing and this was not addressed by a staff member. 2. Upon returning from the bathroom, a staff member left two children inside the building unsupervised. The staff member talked with the other children and did not go back inside to get the other children until the licensor further inquired about where the children were.
