Trampolines
During the visit, it was observed outdoors that there was an inflatable bounce house. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) do not recommend the use of inflatable bounce houses or trampolines.

A review of five children's records indicated that one was missing a parent's signature on the first aid and medical care consent form and did not have evidence of a current physical examination.

It was observed that in the Preschool bathroom, there were paintbrushes located in the handwashing sink.
It was observed that in the Infant/Toddler classroom, the plastic play kitchen located next to the exit, was unsecured and tippable.
Indoor Space
It was observed that in the Infant/Toddler classroom, underneath the changing table, baby wipe packages were accessible to children. The packages had a manufacturer's warning to "keep out of reach of children."
Three infant's bottles were not labeled with the child's name.
