The following was found to be accessible to children: -In both sets of boy's bathrooms, the wall partitions between the stalls had rust at the bottom.
The Evacuation Drill Log was reviewed and found evidence of drills conducted in March and April 2024 were missing.
The following was found to be accessible to children: -The boys and girls bathrooms have walls next to the sink area with raised holes and rust where a soap or towel dispenser may have been hung. This area could scratch a hand if touched. The boys' bathroom also has a lot of rust at the bottom of the uncovered metal partitions.

There were mops and brooms stored in the children's activity space. Plastic cups were observed on the floor next to the water cooler. There is rust on the stalls in the boy's bathroom.
The program does not have a current fire inspection.
The program uses the blacktop as a play area. There is a large hole in the pavement that poses a tripping hazard to the children.
An evacuation diagram was not posted next to one of the egresses in the cafeteria.
The snack tables were not washed before being disinfected. Staff did not wait 5 minutes as directed on the disinfectant container before putting food items on the tables.
One child's [REDACTED] medication was stored in a locked container. All emergency medications must be immediately available if needed.
