During a health and safety review of the indoor space, the following was observed: 1) not all equipment in the classrooms was secured as required by regulation, creating a potential risk to children 2) the hallway storage closet, leading to the hot water tank was not secured on the day of the visit, creating potential risk to children. 3) The radar cover in the preschool one room was missing or has slide down, exposing the radar elements, creating a potential risk to children 4) The door leading to the indoor gym was observed to have a door frame that was cracked and splintered, creating a potential risk to children.
