Licensor walked through the indoor, licensed space and there were no hazards observed. Licensor walked through the outdoor play space, which is a fenced in area in the backyard. There is chipping paint located on a back window of the home. Please remove chipping/peeling paint; confirm once completed and a follow up visit will be scheduled.

Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following hazards: **Kitchen**- There was a knife block on counter. Please make this inaccessible during childcare hours. There is a drawer with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Please add a lock to this drawer. or make items inaccessible. There is cat food and water located on the floor. This is the second citation regarding cat food being accessible. Please ensure that cat food is made inaccessible during childcare hours. There is a drawer that has batteries, a stapler, loose cables, and a screwdriver. Please make these items inaccessible. **Living room**- No hazards. **Bedroom 1** - There was a drawer that had an Advil bottle and loose cables. Please make these items inaccessible. **Playroom** - No hazards. **Bathroom**- No hazards.

Each child has a mat. The blankets were stored in a closet but were all touching one another. These napping materials must be kept clean and separate from each other. Please include the plan on how these items will be stored in the future.
Educator had not filled in attendance for the last couple days and had filled them out during this visit. Please ensure attendance is filled out daily with children’s names, time in and time out. This is the second citation for attendance.
Educator has been changing the children's diaper on the floor, using a communal blanket for all childcare children. Educator has not been using a disposable surface and therefore has no way to sanitize the area. Please ensure a diapering mat is being used, with a disposable surface, and disinfect the mat after each use.
The children did not wash hands before or after eating snack. Please ensure hand-washing is being done regularly, including before and after meals.
The water temperature was 141F degrees. This is the second citation regarding the water temperature. Please ensure the water does not exceed 120F degrees.
