Water Temperature
Tall grey shelf in the kitchen is not secured to the wall and poses a tipping hazard.
Hot water temperature to the bathroom sink was 149 degrees. Temperature must not be higher than 120 degrees. Discussed regulating the temperature or turning off the hot water to that sink.

Observed peeling and chipping paint on some areas of the front porch and steps. Licensor will need to conduct a follow up visit to inspect the area once the corrective actions have been completed. Educator must also sign and return the peeling paint compliance statement to the licensor when corrective actions have been completed.

CPR expired on 10/27/19 First Aid expires on 10/27/20. According to EEC regulations, CPR certification is only valid for one year. Educator will need to attend a renewal class ASAP and email licensor written proof of completion- copies of card/certificate or signed letter from the certified instructor.
