The following was observed and accessible to children: The play kitchens in PRESCHOOL and PRE-K were unsecured and tippable. There was shelving not on wheels that were unsecured throughout the program.
A review of the log indicated that incidents were not documented.
It was observed that evacuation procedures were not posted in the PRE-K classroom.
A review of the staff meeting log for 2023-2024 indicated that there was no evidence of meeting agendas for the February and December 2023 meetings.
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.

It was observed that the attendance record for the PRESCHOOL PREP classroom was not with the group when they were outdoors. Staff must have a method of knowing exactly who is on the premises at any given point in the day.
It was observed that the end piece of the baseboard heater in PRE-K was loose and a potential entrapment hazard.
It was observed and measured during the visit that the fenced sides facing the parking lot and wooded area were less than four feet high.
It was observed that emergency numbers were not posted in an area easily visible to parents, educators, and visitors.
It was observed that a toileting plan was not posted in the second CHILDREN'S BATHROOM.
It was observed that the first aid kit in INFANTS did not contain band aids.
