Current consent for administered medications
It was observed outdoors on the PRESCHOOL area that there were two sections of wooden fencing that is cracked or splintered, exposing protruding nails. The nails were immediately removed by the Program Director.
It was observed that one over the counter medication was not stored with its original manufacturer's packaging.
A review of two medication consent forms indicated that one was not signed by the child's parent.
