Napping Materials
There was not a sufficient amount of protective ground cover under and around the slide in the outdoor play area. The gate at the top of the stairs to the basement space was mesh and is not approved or considered safe as a barrier at the top of stairs.

There were acorns in the outdoor area accessible to the infants on the ground. There were some molded and rusted toys in the outdoor area that needed to be removed.
