An educator used hand sanitizer instead of washing their hands with liquid soap and water after wiping a child's nose as required dy DPH guidelines.
Disinfectant solutions were stored near the changing table and not in a secure place out of the reach of children.
There wasn't evidence of regular staff meetings being documented.

At the time of the visit the following was noted: The Educator sprayed the changing table with disinfectant but did not spray the changing table with the soap and water solution to clean first.
At the time of the visit the following was noted after review of two staff files: 1. There wasn't evidence of the verification of two references. 2. One file did not have a date of hire. 3. One file did not have a current physical exam. 4.Two files did not have evidence of 20 hours of professional development as required. 5. One file did not have documentation of staff observations and consultations every other month as required. 6. Both files did not have documentation of staff evaluations.

At the time of the visit the following was noted: One staff's BRC was expired.
Educators' purses were accessible to children. A tippable bookshelf wasn't safely secured. Chairs were stacked high, causing a potential tipping hazard for the children.
Practice evacuation drills were not conducted monthly.
