During the visit, the following was noted: 1. brooms were accessible to children in the preschool classroom. 2. a toilet bowl brush and plunger were accessible to children in the toddler room. 3. Cabinets with educators' personal belongings, plastic bags, and gloves were not secured leaving children access.

At the time of the visit, the following was noted: 1. Brooms were found stored in bathrooms and not secured to the walls in several classrooms. 2. Vacuum cleaners were found stored in bathrooms accessible to children. 3. 2 adult size metal folding chairs were found leaning up against the wall in the Room 8 bathroom posing a potential hazard.
At the time of the visit, 1 container of diaper cream was found stored in a cubby under the diaper changing table accessible to children in Room 3.
