Licensor reviewed the photographs of the outdoor space submitted by the educator on 1/9/21 and observed two single slides (green/red and yellow/blue). Also, Licensor reviewed the measurements submitted by the educator on 1/13/21. Both of the single slides were above 18 inches,and the educator did not have a Fall Zone as required. Note: During the virtual visit, the educator could not show the Licencor the outdoor space since the educator was alone with the children, and they woke up from nap time by the end of the visit.
