During the visit, Licensor observed an above ground level deck, and the educator did not have a barrier to prevent a child from accessing the unlicensed deck.

During the visit, Licensor observed the following was missing in the first aid kit: 1) Roller gauze
Despite the educator having a pressure gate available, the Licensor observed that the educator had children under the age of three years old present, and the educator did not have a barrier placed at the bottom of the stairs leading from the lower level to the first floor level of the home.
During the visit, Licensor observed the following outdoor hazards: 1) propane gas tank on the ground. 2) a gap underneath the fence presenting an entrapment hazard for children. 3) a gab in the fence presenting an entrapment hazard for children.
Despite educator having a list of allergies posted, Licensor observed that the educator did not have two children diagnosed with allergies included on the list.
