At the time of the visit, the Program Assistant Director was only able to provide EEC with documented fire drills until September 2022. There was no evidence that monthly fire drills have been conducted consistently.

As evidenced by the staff records checklist; 8 educators have not completed EEC’s required “Strong Start” training modules; 7 educators files contained evidence of expired or outdated physical exams; 9 educators files did not contain evidence of {REDACTED} immunity.
