Emergency medications readily available
An educator was unaware of which children in the program had allergies or an IHCP. A review of one student's IHCP showed it was missing the potential side effects of treatment. Same child's IHCP referenced their allergy action plan that included a medication consent from the physician. The plan was expired.
Emergency medication was not readily available as it was stored in the cafeteria while the children were in the gymnasium.
A review of emergency medication showed one student's [REDACTED]expired in March of 2023, and [REDACTED] that expired in February of 2022.

During a review of emergency medications, an bottle of [REDACTED]was found to be expired.
Students were observed transitioning from the gymnasium to the cafeteria for snack without washing their hands before eating.
