A review of the evacuation log showed they were not completed in January, February and March 2024. The licensor did observe an emergency evacuation while at the program that went very well.
Sanitizing wipes were observed stored within reach of children.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Through interviews with the staff it was learned the program director was not following the program's multiple site plan of visiting the center at least weekly.
