Evacuation Logs
Last drill logged on the EEC evacuation log was in November 2023. Drills must be conducted with the children and recorded every month.
Front door and sliding door leading to the backyard. The back exit and stairs to the yard were not shoveled. All emergency exits must be clear, safe and accessible at all times.
Shed in the outdoor play space with tools, a lawn mower, etc. was not locked.

Observed various electrical cords accessible in a licensed bedroom. Uncovered electrical outlets observed in a licensed bedroom. Tension gate is missing for the bottom of the deck stairs.
Booster seats with straps and trays available for feeding infants and toddlers. Observed an infant in a Bumbo seat on top of the kitchen table.
