This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
It was observed that the shelves and dramatic play furniture were not installed to the wall and tippable in the toddler room. It was also observed that a plastic climber in the toddler room was not sturdy, it did not have an adequate protective surface under and around it, and the fall zone did not extend 6 feet in all areas.

Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.
The mulch and sand in the fall zones around the swings and climbing structures were compressed, and the Licensor was unable to dig to measure the depth of the impact absorbing surfacing. The fall height of the balance beam exceeds 12 inches. The use zone around the preschool climber does not extend a mimimum of 6 feet in all directions from the perimeter of the fence.

It was found that the attendance records in the infant and preschool rooms were inaccurate and did not reflect the correct number of children that were present in the classroom.
During an inspection of the playground, it was found that the depth of the impact absorbing material was inadequate under the swings. The depth was approximately 7 inches, not the required 9 inches.

During the visit, it was found that one child's inhaler was expired. The program director emailed the licensor a photo of a new inhaler for the child on 5/11/2022.
