At the time of the visit, an Educator left a child in the care of the Rabbi to go and get the bus. The Rabbi did not have a completed Background Record Check on file in the EEC BRC Navigator system.

At the time of the visit the staff records were still not in compliance from the previous citation from the 90 Day Monitoring visit.
At the time of the visit children were told to wash their hands for snack, no one supervised the children in the hallway, all Educators went to the downstairs classroom leaving the children in the hallway accessible to other people in the Temple.
Children were asked to wash their hands and then all Educators proceeded to the basement classroom, no one supervised handwashing; therefore, some children did not wash their hands prior to eating lunch.
The program served lunch to the children and there was no Board of Health permit on file to do so.
4 children's files were reviewed all were missing a transportation plan on how the child arrives/departs the program.
At the time of the visit the program was not recording the children's actual arrival and departure times, they were just using a check mark. The times must be recorded as the child is entering the program and they must be signed out with a time when the parent is picking them up.
At the time of the visit the program did not have evidence of insurance on personal vehicles that were used to transport children to the library on a field trip. It could not be determined it all vehicles had the required insurance per person, per accident and property damage.
