Educator has conducted a fire drill every month,most recently on 10/2/24. However, she does not document the effectiveness of the drill (how long it took to complete).

Water Temperature
Licensor randomly reviewed 3 of the children's records. Of these, 2 were complete and up to date, but the third record was for a child that just recently started in the program and the record was missing a physical and immunizations.
The water temperature was 130F degrees. Regulations state the temperature must be a maximum of 120F degrees.
Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The only hazard that was observed was in the playroom. There is a tv that is a tipping hazard and needs to be secured to the wall.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: **PLAYROOM - no hazards **BATHROOM - Lysol and febreeze sprays on the back of the toilet ** OUTSIDE - no hazards.

Licensor reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 2 were overdue.
Educator has completed a fire drill every month. However, the exit used has been the same for every drill. Discussed the requirement to alternate the exits every month.

Licensor reviewed 3 of the children's record. Of these, 2 were complete and up to date while the third record was missing pg. 6 in the enrollment packet.
Licensor was able to inspect all of the licensed indoor space, as well as the outdoor space. No hazards were observed in any of the licensed rooms in the home. Educator utilizes the fenced in back yard as the children's outdoor playspace. There is a grill on the deck, which did not have a cover.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
