Exit signs are posted. Plan for meeting potential emergencies is included in the EEC parent handbook. Evacuation drill last conducted and recorded was in September 2025. Drills must be conducted with the children and logged every month.
Reviewed three children's files. Educator uses the EEC enrollment packet. One child has a packet that was last signed by the parent over a year ago. Discussed parents re-signing and re-dating the bottom of each page OR having them sign the Annual Update form if no information has changed. One child needs documentation of a current physical/immunizations as the one on file was over a year old.

A preschool progress report reviewed was last completed in May 2025. Written progress reports must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a year for school aged children (5 years and older). All three children enrolled are due for a current progress report.
Last fire drill recorded was in November 2024. Drills must be conducted with the children and logged every month.

CPR certification was renewed on 2/7/23. First aid card submitted expired on 2/8/24.
The educator submitted a child record checklist. EEC enrollment packets are used. Two children have outdated packets last signed in 2022. Packets must be updated every year by the parents. The children will need new packets or annual update forms filled out and signed by the parents.

Attendance is tracked on a monthly sheet in a calendar keeper. When it was reviewed by educator a child was missing from the list and the arrival times for the day were not filled in. Educator corrected during the visit. Attendance must be accurate at any given point in the day.
