The program must re-read and address the changes that need to be made to the program's personnel policies (staff/parent handbook).

At the time of the visit, the following was found: 1) Multiple shelves were found not secured. 2) Child locks must be added to cabinets. 3) The paint cans in the cabinets in the Toddler Classroom need to be removed. 4) The Toilet brush needs to be removed from the bathroom. 5) The Cabinet needs to be secured to the fence on the playground.
