Diapering & Toileting - R Apr 2025
Licensor walked through all fo the licensed space and observed the following hazards: ** Playroom - no hazards ** Livingroom - no hazards ** Diningroom - no hazards ** Eating Area/Kitchen - drawer to the left of the stove has scissors and sharp objects and the child safety lock is not working properly ** Familyroom - access is blocked, wants it removed from license. ** Master bedroom - access is blocked, wants it removed from license. ** Bathroom - no hazards ** Outside - playset that does not have a fall zone.
For diapering, Educator uses disposable pads on the floor. Discussed ensuring that all diaper changes are done on the plastic mat around the table and that this surface is disinfected after each diaper change.
