Diapering is done outside the bathroom for the older child and on the dining room table for the infants. Educator utilizes puppy pads as the disposable layer and then a cloth underneath, which can not be disinfected. Discussed regulations around diapering on a surface that can be easily disinfected after each use.
The water temperature was 130F degrees. Regulations state that the temperature must be 120F or below.

Educator stores the cleaners and bleach in a cabinet in the diningroom and another cabinet in the kitchen. Both of these are upper cabinets and the children's cannot access them. Educator also has a bucket on the dining room table, with wipes and cleaning supplies. Discussed that the table is not considered inaccessible to the children and these cleaning supplies need to be moved.

Educator has a very detailed emergency preparedness plan. However, this plan does not include a plan for if the neighborhood needs to be evacuated. The plan also does not include a section that addresses what would be done if a child goes missing from the program.
