Educator was not able to locate the Evacuation Log for January 2025 thru June 2025. The program is closed for the summer. Educator did conduct a fire drill on 9/4/25. That is the only drill this calendar year that Licensor was able to see.
Licensor randomly reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 2 were complete and up to date, while the other 2 were only missing an up to date lead testing result.

The water temperature at the bathroom sink was 140F degrees. Regulations state the temperature must be below 120F degrees.
There is currently a child in the program who is prescribed an EpiPen, but this information is not posted right now. Discussed the regulations around having this information posted confidentially.

Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Licensor was able to inspect all of the licensed, indoor space, as well as the outdoor playspace. The only room that had any hazards was the office. There were baskets on the bottom shelf that contained items such as batteries, permanent markers, etc. Also the trash does not have a cover. No hazards were observed in the outdoor space.

Indoor Hazards
The fire pit and the grill did not have covers. The large shed in the back yard was not locked and there are multiple hazards inside.
The water temperature was 130F degrees. The maximum the temperature can be, according to regulations, is 120F degrees.
All of the electrical outlets were covered, except the power strip in the office.

Licensor walked through all of the licensed space and observed the following hazards: ** Playroom - no hazards ** Kitchen Area (add to license) - junk drawer with sharp objects accessible to the children ** Office - (add to license) - outlets on power strip need to be covered ** Bathroom - no hazards
Educator does not have a carbon monoxide detector on the basement level.
