There is a child currently enrolled in the program who is prescribed an inhaler and nebulizer. Educator does not have current consent to administer these medications. However, the medications are not currently stored at the program. Due to the fact that they are prescribed medications, Licensor discussed with Educator that these either need to be accessible at the program, or the child's doctor needs to provide documentation stating this is not required.

The children bring extra clothes in their bags daily. Licensor discussed with Educator that [REDACTED] also needs to store an extra set of clothes at program for all of the children. These clothes need to be stored in a manner in which they are not touching each other, in order to avoid cross contamination.
Educator has a completely fenced in back yard. The only hazard that was observed was that the fire pit needs to have a cover.
