Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space, as well as the outdoor playspace (fenced in back yard). The only hazard that was observed was in the kitchen. The top drawer on the left side of the island has sharp knives inside and the child safety latch was not working.

Licensor inspected all of the licensed indoor space during the renewal visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: **KITCHEN** - top drawer in the island has a child safety lock but it is not working all the time and there are sharp knives inside **LIVINGROOM** - no hazards **MUDROOM** - cubbies are not secured to the wall and are a tipping hazard **PLAYROOM** - no hazards **DININGROOM** - Educator does not use this room and wants it removed from the license. BATHROOM - no hazards OUTSIDE - fence in back yard, no hazards
