The cabinet under the bathroom sink was not locked and the following hazards were accessible: Lysol spray, Windex, toilet cleaner, soap and antibacterial spray

When the licensor arrived she observed the regular assistant to be outside in the driveway working on fixing a bicycle. The Educator had left the program for an appointment and the regular assistant was in charge of the program. There were 5 children inside the home unsupervised including: (REDACTED)
