An adjacent room was being used for two infants who were not asleep. An educator was observed leaving the room and closing the door behind them, leaving the children alone for a short period of time. One of the infants were drinking a bottle while laying down in the crib, causing a potential chocking hazard.
A current fire inspection was not available for review

In infant room there was a child that left that was not marked as having left the program. In the preschool room there were 7 children present but only 6 were originally signed in until child was signed in at time of visit.
