Educator needs to send medication administration as part of her parent handbook.
Educator had unlocked drawers in the kitchen with unsafe materials accessible to the child. A screwdriver was in one of the drawers, a can opener, nail clippers, and a knife. There was also a lock on the door where the plays space is, the child locked themselves in the room during the virtual visit.
