One child's Individual Health Care Plan included that the child should take a medication for a mild allergic reaction. The plan also included that the child had another condition that requires an emergency medication. The parent had not provided either medications or the required paperwork for these medications.

One child’s Individual Health Care (IHC) Plan for their chronic condition did not include a doctor’s signature and date.
In the preschool classroom, one child’s sippy cup was not labeled with their name. Personal items intended for individual use by children must be labeled with the name of the child for whom they are intended.
The program’s on-line Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPM) was over one year old and needs to be updated. Please upload the current indoor and outdoor plans to the program portal library.
One child’s Authorization for Medication Forms were signed/dated over one year ago. These must be updated yearly.
