The licensor observed the educator is approved to care in the Livingroom and kitchen. The licensor observed the educator was not using all licensed space. The licensor observed napping and all activities occurring in the living room which did not provide adequate usable floor space for children present.
Extra clothing & assuring children are dressed appropriately for the weather
Licensor observed a bag of trash sitting on the floor in front of the refrigerator in the kitchen. The licensor observed this bag of trash was leaking. The licensor observed a desk in the living room was cluttered and unorganized with papers, pencils, staplers and other items. Educator did not have program ID for outings, educator's yard is not approved for outdoor play.

Licensor observed a mop in a bucket of water at eh back exit route/pathway. The licensor observed broom, dustpan and bag in this area. The licensor observed debris along the front stairs leading into the educator's apartment.
Licensor observed and the educator stated only her cold water was operating during the visit. Licensor observed (2) unsecured shelves in the living room. The licensor observed debris on the living room floor. The licensor observed the kitchen stove and cabinets were soiled.
Licensor observed (4) mats and (1) playpen not labeled and spaced during napping. Licensor observed napping materials were not properly stored. The licensor observed some children were partially napping half on a foam mat and half on the wooden floor.
Licensor observed although the educator had bins and hooks children's belongings were not stored in a sanitary manner.
