At the time of the visit three staff had not yet completed their Essentials 2.0 trainings. All staff working with children must have these trainings complete.

Fall zones adequate depth of impact absorbing material
At the time of the visit there was no evacuation drill logged for August 2025. Drills should be conducted and logged on a monthly basis.
At the time of the visit the playground had a small slide and boat that children were climbing on. These items did not have proper fall zones or impact absorbing materials around them.

Emergency medications readily available
At the time of the visit there was no documentation of staff meetings occurring on a monthly basis for at least two hours. Anytime a program has four or more staff, meetings are to be occurring.
At the time of the visit children's inhalers were being kept in the office. Emergency medications are to be immediately accessible at all times, both when in classroom and out on playground.
At the time of the visit the diaper changing station did not have any protective covering, such as exam paper.

Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
Food prepared/served in safe/sanitary manner
At the time of the visit, the preschool table was not sanitized prior to the children sitting down and having snack.
At the time of the visit two children with individual health care plans were reviewed and the following was found: one child's IHCP was missing EEC required information and a parent signature.
The following was observed and accessible to children: -Toilet cleaning brushes and plungers were stored in two center bathrooms within reach of the children. -Two play kitchens and two storage units were tippable. Please secure. -Two cords to an air purifier and extension cord were accessible to children in the two classrooms.
