922 KAR 2:090. Section 8. General.
General: Based on interview and review of documentation, the following was found: 1. On 04/10/26 a staff member within the Sailboats Classroom grabbed a child by their wrist as they attempted to run down the hallway. The staff member can be seen on video footage pulling the child back into the classroom. 2. On 04/14/26 two (2) staff members had a verbal altercation within the Starfish Classroom. The staff members yelled at one another, using loud and profane language in the presence of children.
