The cabinet was unlocked on Room 172’s side and there was a container of Great Value disinfecting wipes being stored in this area. The disinfecting wipes were accessible to the children in care. The kitchenette area of Room 104 1. There was a spray bottle labeled “Quat” sitting in in a box on a round wooden shelf within reach of a child.
