Classroom faucets were leaking at the base when the water was turned on in rooms 18, 17, and 11.
Hazardous items or items labeled Keep out of Reach of children were found accessible to children in the following areas: Room 18 had 3 spray bottles of disinfectant cleaner and 3 container of disinfectant wipes in an unlocked closet. Room 20 had shaving cream and spray paint in a low drawer. Room 14 had a container of several bottles of sunscreen in the cabinet under the changing table.
