Inf 3: had dish soap, disinfecting wipes and a teachers purse under the sink behind a child deterrent. Tod 1 had Aquaphor in a low cabinet behind a child deterrent and Aquaphor, diaper rash spray, buttpastem and desitin under the unlocked changing table. EPS1 had clorox spray in a low cabinet and sanitizing wipes under the sink both behind child deterrents. K41 had Modge Podge spray in a low drawer.

In the EPS1 room the children did not wash hands after having their diaper changed and before sitting at the table for snack. In PS1 room a child did not wash their hands after using the restroom and before returning to their cot.

At the time of inspection a 7 month old infant was seen sleeping in a crib wearing an unapproved sleep sack, the child's hand were enclosed in the sleep sack 'sleeves'.

In the preschool 1 room, there was a teacher purse in a low unlocked cabinet and handsanitizer in a low unlocked drawer. In EP2, there was a teacher bag on the floor of the unlocked closet. In k4 and T1, there were teacher scissors in a low unlocked drawer. The resource room was unlocked and contained a first aid kit (ibuprofen, tylenol, burn cream, and alcohol wipes) and magic erasers in low unlocked drawers. A purse was hanging on a low hook in the resource room.
In the preschool 1 room, a broom was being stored in the bathroom.
The freezers in the infant rooms were missing thermometers. The fridge in infant 3 was also missing a thermometer.
