Child/staff ratios and supervision
During the inspection ratios were not maintained when 2 children were seen leaving the restroom with no supervision. On another incident 1 child left school age area with no supervision. Ratio also not maintained due to care givers not having fingerprints with the division leaving multiple age groups out of ratio. 1st grade does not have a qualified care giver ratio would be 0:22, 2nd grade out of ratio due to one staff having expired fingerprints ratio would be 1:22
