A provider shall provide for a safe environment by ensuring that no conditions exist in or on the grounds of the facility where a provider operates a child care program that would endanger the health, safety, or welfare of the children, including ensuring that the following items are placed in areas that are inaccessible to children in the providers care: Poisons, chemicals, and cleaning materials
Bathroom 1- toilet paper dispenser is laying on the ground which is not sanitary
Open food in freezer and Fridge not labeled with open date
Documentation of vending food temperatures not available
Kitchen cleaning log not in use

Each childcare provider, employee, or volunteer, caregiver shall have current certification in First Aid.
Items labeled, "Keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children. Bathroom sink cabinet contained, disinfecting wipes, vaseline, aquaphor, and ointments. Kitchen closet was unlocked containing floor cleaner and disinfectant.
