Rm 127 has one sink that does not have enough pressure to adequately wash hands.
Hazardous items and items labeled Keep out of Reach of children were accessible in the following areas: Rm 205 had stacked chairs, a teacher's purse on a low shelf of an unlocked cabinet behind a child deterent and at the time of inspection a cup of hot coffee on a low counter. Rm 201 has disinfectant spray in a low drawer of a plastic file cabinet, Lysol spray next to the handwashing sink and disinfectant wipes hanging low on the side of the changing table.
In room 120 and 203 there were paper towels stored open on the counter or on top of the dispensor but not on/in a dispenser.
