Ensure while children are napping eah area has a qualified staff member present. The one year old classroom had four hildren napping, the two year old classroom had seven children napping with one staff member caring for both rooms. Administrator was at her desk with her husband while the three/four year oldls were sleeping in the dark behind a portable wall
Staff to Child ratio must be maintained at all times.. The Children were all on the playground together. Infants/Toddlers must be cared for in separate areas with exceptions documented in this regulation. This was discussed and corrected at the visit An unqualified staff member was alone with the one year old classroom. This was corrrected when staff were switched to maintain staff to chilfd ratio.

A toddler was observed sleeping on a mat with a bottle. Low chairs, tables or feeding chairs must be provided when a child no longer requires being held for feeding. This was corrected at the visit when the bottle was placed in the refrigerator.
