Ensure a daily schedule and monthly activity plan are posted for School-age classrooms.
Ensure staff files are complete. One member of staff needs a letter of eligibility on file. Two members of staff need service letter attempts.
Ensure the facility is maintained and equipped in compliance. Repair the wall around the paper towel holder in the men's and ladies' restrooms. Repair the wall in the K-1st grade classroom by the storage closet. Repair the wall behind the door that provides access to the addition from the gym. The trash cans need lids unless they are paper-only recycle containers.
Ensure any structural changes made to the facility or grounds is approved by OCCL before being performed. A staff bathroom was added and a kitchen is beng renovated.
